I had my own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle and saying 'yes' to myself for the life I want to live - and more importantly, who I wanted to be. As a Health and Life Coach, I want to empower others to take control of their own lives and live it fully, joyfully and authentically.

"Self-care" is more than a catch phrase - it's a necessity.
Self-care isn't just a massage or a trip to the movies with a fancy coffee - it's how you show up for yourself, every single day in all areas of your life.
Think about how you show up for yourself in your own health and wellness - in your life. What's your body telling you? Aches, stress, inflammation, fatigue, anxiety, digestive issues, loneliness, fear, emotional roller coasters - your body is speaking, listen to it.
As a Certified Health and Life Coach, I specialize in empowering women who feel stuck in an area of their health or life; lacking clarity, confidence and motivation. I will teach you how to make yourself a priority and identify goals you have for yourself by providing the right system, support and accountability without sacrificing other areas in your life, in order that your world can unfold in amazing ways that are authentic to you.
Together we will uncover where you lack fulfillment - maybe it's losing some weight and adopting a healthier lifestyle or it could be as broad as determining your purpose in life.
Not surprising, when one area of your life is suffering, so too are other areas that you may not even realize. Health and Life Coaching are intertwined. Together we will work on moving you from a place of limiting beliefs to a world of possibilities.
Show Up For Yourself is a 12-week Program that will empower you to live the life you truly want for yourself where you can enjoy happiness and fulfillment.
This is geared for you if you habitually put yourself last on your priority list; if you put everyone's needs before your own; if you're tired of watching others flourish while you feel stagnant; if you know there's more to life than you're currently experiencing.
My coaching is about transforming beliefs and mindsets so that my clients can be present with themselves and their lives in a whole new way. I follow that work with step-by-step guidelines around healthy ways to approach your life using both holistic and traditional approaches.

Together, in a safe, respected environment, you'll learn how you can identify and manage challenges and obstacles that are getting in the way and keeping you down.
We'll address diet, exercise, nutrition strategies, women's health, self-image, confidence and self-sabotage (oh yeah... that beast rears it's head in all areas of your life!).
Did you know it's not only what you eat, it's WHO you are when you eat that also makes a difference? It's true...!

Dedicated weekly Sessions via Zoom, for 8 consecutive weeks.
Each Session will have curated information, times for sharing, interactive exercises, action steps and reflective inner work. You'll also be provided with group support outside of the Program Sessions via a private FB Group page.
